Do I need a credit card to start the pilot?
No. The 30-day pilot is completely free with no credit card required. You describe your service business, we deploy your platform, and you test it with real users. At Day 31, you choose a paid plan or stop. No auto-billing.
How does the Co-Founder Program compare to the paid tiers?
The Co-Founder Program replaces the monthly fee with an equity stake (1–3% depending on stage). You get Scale-tier features with a dedicated SE, unlimited agents, and investor network access at zero cash cost. It's designed for pre-seed and seed-stage founders. Apply here.
What counts as an "AI agent"?
An AI agent is any intelligent workflow component that operates autonomously. Example: a patient intake agent, a specialist matching engine, a compliance monitoring agent, a payout automation agent. Each agent handles a specific function within your platform. The Pilot includes 3; Growth includes up to 10; Scale and Enterprise are unlimited.
Is HIPAA / GDPR compliance included or an add-on?
HIPAA and GDPR compliance architecture is included in every plan from day one including the free Pilot. Additional compliance modules (FINRA, ISO 27001, SOC 2 Type II reports, DPDP Act) are available as add-ons or included in Enterprise.
How does federated learning pricing work?
Federated learning is active automatically on Growth, Scale, and Enterprise plans — no configuration required. The Vertical Intelligence Index shows your industry's current intelligence depth before you even deploy. The platform improves every night from service interactions, with no engineering effort from your team.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade at any time, immediately. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle. If you grow to the point where Enterprise makes sense, your Solutions Engineer will flag it during your QBR — there's no lock-in pressure.
What's the difference between the Growth and Scale tiers?
Growth is the right tier for most funded startups: 5000 users, 100 agents, full compliance, and federated learning for $499/month. Scale adds unlimited agents, multi-region deployment, a dedicated SE, 99.95% SLA, and advanced FL controls. Choose Scale when you're in multiple geographies, need more than 100 agents, or require a dedicated technical partner.
How does the annual billing work?
Paying annually saves 17%, equivalent to about two months free. Growth annual: $4,990/year (vs. $5,988 monthly). Scale annual: $14,990/year (vs. $17,988 monthly). Annual invoices are issued upfront. Enterprise pricing is negotiated as an annual contract regardless of payment frequency.
