- All users of the Temporal Dynamics website and services (“Services”), including research participants in Temporal Dynamics Labs.
- All personal data processed by Temporal Dynamics, whether collected directly from individuals, automatically through use of our Services, or received from third parties.
- All employees, contractors, and partners of Temporal Dynamics with access to personal data.
This Policy does not apply where we act solely as a data processor on behalf of enterprise customers. In those cases, the enterprise customer is the data controller, and their privacy policy governs.

Information You Provide:
- Account & Application Data: Name, email, password, and any information provided when applying for access to Temporal Dynamics Labs.
- Communications: Name, contact information, and message content when you contact us.
- Employment Applications: Professional history, qualifications, and details from your CV/resume.
- Inputs: Prompts, queries, and other data you submit to AI features of Temporal Dynamics Labs.
Information Collected Automatically:
- Technical Data: Device details, IP address, browser type, time zone, operating system, and log data.
- Usage Data: Content viewed, features used, actions taken, and timestamps of use.
- Error Reports: Application errors, system state, and communications at the time of error.
- Cookies & Analytics: Data collected via cookies, scripts, or similar technologies for functionality, analytics, and personalization.
- System Observations: With your consent, AI features may supplement Inputs with activity observations (e.g., from browser extensions).
Lawful Bases for Processing
We process personal data only where a lawful basis applies, including:

- The Chief Compliance Officer at Temporal Dynamics is responsible for data protection compliance.
- A Register of Systems is maintained and reviewed annually.
- This Policy itself is reviewed at least annually and updated as necessary.

We may update this Policy periodically. Updates will be posted with an updated Effective Date. Please review it regularly for changes.
