TempoDyn Client Terms of Use

1. Introduction

These Client Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the TempoDyn platform operated by Temporal Dynamics. By using TempoDyn, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy & Data Protection Policy.

2. What TempoDyn Is (and Isn't)

TempoDyn connects you with independent experts who can help with civic and everyday needs, including:

  • Health insurance.
  • Social security.
  • Taxes.
  • Permits.
  • Caregiving and related services.

Important:

  • TempoDyn does not directly provide professional advice or services.
  • Experts are independent individuals, not TempoDyn employees.
  • You decide whether to engage with an expert.

3. Free to Use

  • TempoDyn is free for clients to use.
  • You can ask questions, connect with experts, and seek help at no cost.
  • If an expert offers paid services outside the platform, they must disclose it clearly.
  • TempoDyn does not charge clients for platform use unless explicitly stated in future updates.

4. Your Responsibilities as a Client

When using TempoDyn, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and truthful information.
  • Use the platform for lawful and legitimate purposes.
  • Treat experts with respect.

You should:

  • Share only information needed to receive help.
  • Avoid sharing highly sensitive data unless required.

5. Understanding Expert Services

  • You are engaging directly with the expert, not TempoDyn.
  • Experts are responsible for their advice, recommendations, and services.
  • Advice may vary between experts.
  • Use your own judgment before acting on recommendations.
  • For important legal, medical, or financial decisions, consider multiple opinions.

6. No Guarantee of Outcomes

TempoDyn does not guarantee:

  • Accuracy or completeness of expert advice.
  • Success of actions you take.
  • Availability of any specific expert.

7. Communications and Interactions

  • Interactions may occur via chat, calls, or other platform features.
  • Conversations may be logged to improve quality and ensure safety and compliance.

You agree not to:

  • Harass, abuse, or threaten experts.
  • Use the platform for spam or fraud.

8. Privacy and Data Use

Your use of the platform is governed by our Privacy & Data Protection Policy. Key points:

  • You control what you share.
  • Information you provide may be shared with experts to help you.
  • We take reasonable steps to protect your data.

9. Safety and Platform Integrity

TempoDyn may:

  • Monitor interactions for safety and quality.
  • Remove or restrict users who violate policies.
  • Take action to protect clients and experts.

10. Third-Party Services

Experts may recommend third-party services or offer services outside the platform.

TempoDyn is not responsible for third-party services or external transactions.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TempoDyn is not liable for:

  • Expert advice or services.
  • Decisions you make based on interactions.
  • Outcomes resulting from those decisions.

Your use of the platform is at your own discretion.

12. Disputes

Disputes between you and an expert should be resolved directly. TempoDyn may assist but is not obligated to intervene.

13. Changes to the Platform

We may update features, modify or discontinue parts of the service, and update these Terms.

We will notify users of significant changes where appropriate.

14. Termination

  • You may stop using TempoDyn at any time.
  • TempoDyn may suspend or terminate access for Terms violations or misuse.
