TempoDyn Expert Terms of Use

1. Introduction

These Expert Terms of Use govern participation as a service provider on the TempoDyn platform operated by Temporal Dynamics. By registering or using the platform as an expert, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy & Data Protection Policy, and additional guidelines we provide.

2. Role of TempoDyn

TempoDyn is a technology platform connecting:

  • Individuals seeking assistance (Clients/Heroes).
  • Independent service providers (Experts).

TempoDyn does not act as an insurer, broker, legal advisor, tax advisor, fiduciary, employer, partner, or agent of experts.

All services are provided independently by experts.

3. Expert Eligibility

To use the platform as an expert, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old.
  • Have the legal right to provide the services you offer.
  • Maintain required licenses, certifications, and registrations.
  • Provide accurate and complete information.

You are solely responsible for compliance with applicable laws and professional obligations.

4. Expert Responsibilities

As an expert, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, honest, and professional information.
  • Act in the best interest of clients.
  • Communicate clearly and respectfully.
  • Avoid misleading, deceptive, or exaggerated claims.
  • Deliver services within your area of competence.

You must not:

  • Provide services outside your qualifications.
  • Misrepresent credentials or experience.
  • Engage in harassment, discrimination, or abusive conduct.

5. Professional Disclaimers

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • Any guidance you provide is your responsibility, not TempoDyn's.
  • You are solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and legality of your services.
  • Clients should verify information and seek additional opinions where appropriate.

TempoDyn does not guarantee the accuracy of expert advice or outcomes from interactions.

6. Independent Contractor Status

You are an independent contractor, not an employee of TempoDyn. TempoDyn does not:

  • Control how you perform services.
  • Provide employment benefits.
  • Withhold taxes on your behalf.

You are responsible for taxes, insurance (if applicable), and regulatory compliance.

7. Client Interactions

When interacting with clients, you may access client information only to deliver services. You must:

  • Maintain confidentiality of client data.
  • Not misuse, sell, or exploit client information.
  • Keep interactions on the platform unless explicitly permitted.

8. Data Protection and Privacy

You agree to comply with data protection laws and:

  • Use client data only for intended service purposes.
  • Not retain data longer than necessary.
  • Implement reasonable safeguards for data you access.

9. Payments and Compensation (If Applicable)

  • TempoDyn may enable payment features in the future.
  • Any fees, commissions, or pricing structures will be clearly disclosed.
  • Experts are responsible for reporting income and handling tax obligations.

10. Platform Use and Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Circumvent the platform to solicit clients directly (if restricted).
  • Use the platform for spam or unauthorized marketing.
  • Exploit or reverse engineer the platform.
  • Interfere with platform security or operations.

11. Ratings, Reviews, and Reputation

  • Clients may provide feedback on experts.
  • TempoDyn may use ratings to improve trust and quality.
  • We may remove or moderate reviews that violate policies.

12. Suspension and Termination

TempoDyn may suspend or terminate access if you:

  • Violate these Terms.
  • Provide misleading or harmful services.
  • Pose risk to clients or platform integrity.

You may stop using the platform at any time.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TempoDyn is not liable for damages arising from expert services, client interactions, or advice outcomes.

You are solely responsible for your services, and disputes are between you and the client.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold TempoDyn harmless from claims arising out of your services, conduct, or Terms violations.

15. Dispute Resolution

Disputes between experts and clients should be resolved directly. TempoDyn may assist but is not obligated to do so.

16. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updates.
